Please be aware of these policies to ensure fair usage of our rental items prior to your event.

  • Damaged items will result in being charged a full replacement fee.
  • We request a minimum 20% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining amount must be paid no later than the day of your event. 
  • ​Please wash all dishes and glasses if a dishwasher is available. Dishes are to be scrapped of food and glasses should be emptied if they cannot be washed onsite.
  • Please avoid getting candlewax on linens. 
  • Please insure that what you order is correct before we deliver to your venue. An extra delivery fee will be charged for additional trips.
  • Our standard delivery fee is $1 per mile from our location in Moultrie, Ga. 
  • Rush delivery is a double rate of $2 per mile. This applies to orders that are booked less than one day before your event.
  • We determine our delivery schedule as soon as possible after booking. We often have multiple events on the same day and will do our best to accommodate your specific timeframe.
